Beautiful Lake home ready for relaxation and fun in the sun. Awesome view from both decks and almost every room in the house. A two car garage and additional parking for several cars and a boat trailer available.
the main level consists of a nice kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wine area that leads into the dining room Living room is open concept with huge windows and view of the lake for miles in each direction. The master suite includes a king sized bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity with granite top and a walk-in closet. Wake up looking at the water every morning. A 1/2 bath finishes up the main level.
the lower level includes another master suite with king size bed and private bathroom, two bedrooms with queen sized beds, and walk-in closets One large bathroom with travertine countertops and tub/shower combos. The family room has a sleeper sofa (also a queen) that can be used as well. Cable TV and DVD player are here for the kids (hopefully you won't need it unless it rains). Large utility room with washer, dryer, water softener and lots of storage.
the upper deck is very large with a stainless steel gas grill and table with 6 chairs to enjoy the fabulous sunsets Another deck of the same size located directly below for those who want to be in the shade and still enjoy the outdoors. Lower deck is also setup with additional table for 6 & patio furniture for 6. Ceiling fans & speakers are on the lower deck as well. A private dock just steps away with a 32' slip for your boat, a jet ski lift and swim platform for lounging, fishing or just having fun with friends and family.
